Shipping

Order Processing

We do not take requests to merge orders or refund shipping fees. Please check out with your entire cart or you may be subject to an additional shipping charge.

Orders typically take 3-5 business days to be processed. Orders placed following a shop update may experience longer processing times due to the sheer volume of orders that tend to be placed all at once. Please contact us at hi.lowmagic@gmail.com for questions on tracking and shipping upgrades.

Orders with Standard shipping include a tracking number for your convenience. Please allow 4-10 days for delivery to all U.S. addresses. Delivery to international addresses may take 4 weeks or more. USPS sometimes prematurely marks packages as delivered. Please allow at least 1 week after your package is marked as delivered before contacting us. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Missing/ Stolen Mail

USPS sometimes prematurely marks packages as delivered. Please allow at least 1 week after your package is marked as delivered before contacting us.

If you suspect that your package went missing or stolen (no updates on tracking history, package marked as delivered but nowhere to be found, etc), please fill out the "Where is my package?" form and contact us afterwards. Package theft is a federal crime in the United States, so please contact the local authorities to file a police report.

We may not refund or send replacement orders for packages that are marked as delivered on their Tracking History.

Inaccurate/ Incomplete Addresses

Please provide a valid shipping address in full at checkout. Packages lost or returned to us due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information will be restocked into the shop. Shipping fees and lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses are non-refundable. Please place another order and we will re-process it.

Damaged Mail

If you believe your order experienced damages from transit, please include the following in your email:

  • Addressee name

  • Order #

  • Photo of all products that arrived

  • Close up of damages

  • Photo of packaging your order arrived in

WHAT IS THE FREE SHIPPING CODE FOR STICKERS USED FOR?

In order to make shipping more affordable, orders with only individual stickers, can be mailed out with a stamp and envelope. This means there is no tracking. Please allow 2-3 weeks for US orders and 4-6+ weeks for international orders.

Please use the free shipping code at check out if you would like to utilize this feature. Orders that use the code that do not qualify will be canceled/refunded.

Refunds and Returns

We DO NOT accept refunds/exchanges on orders that were sent with the exact item(s) as ordered and have no damage. Please be sure to check that you order the correct size/style and item(s). Please be mindful of us as a small business. We order stock at a very low quantity to prevent waste and as such we are unable to do size or item exchanges.

We take pride in delivering high-quality products all the time. Please contact us if item(s) you have received are damaged, incorrect, or missing. Please email us immediately and provide photos and your order number. 

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship out the product within 7 days of delivery.* Please include your order number and customer name you used to place your order. Your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn (if applicable) and in its original packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For orders with incorrect item(s), we will send you the correct item(s) along with a return slip for the unopened/unused received item(s).

We are not responsible for refunds where the buyer has provided an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.

Cancellations

We are able to cancel orders or offer refunds as long as the order has not already been shipped out. (You always receive an email once we print out a shipping label which confirms your purchased items and the address we will be shipping to.) For any concerns please contact us immediately.
